Itesoft launches invoice processing technology

Itesoft, the leading producer of electronic document capture and automatic processing solutions, has launched an end-to-end solution for supplier invoice processing in Oracle environments.The solution features Balance for Oracle E-Business Suite, a new and user friendly product specifically developed for the Oracle ERP system.

ITESOFT solutions are used to automate all the business processes carried out in large and medium-sized companies. The company's new SOA- and Web Service-based integration strategy offers seamless extension of the business processes implemented by ERP systems. Dedicated integration packages for Oracle and SAP, the two biggest vendors of ERP systems, are central to ITESOFT's new strategy.

In most companies, invoice handling is one of the processes with the highest potential for automation and improving productivity. ITESOFT's new end-to-end solution for Oracle's E-Business Suite implements a unified and fully automated process for all invoice formats. It helps Oracle customers to increase the efficiency of their AP department, shorten the invoice processing cycle and improve supplier relations.

Balance for Oracle E-Business Suite extends the functionalities of ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices, ITESOFT's market leading solution for the automation of invoice processing, and forms an integrated packages with Oracle's ERP system: As soon as invoice data have been extracted by ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices, the system performs automatic online checks against Oracle master data, and then integrates the data in E-Business Suite.

The solution supports all standard Oracle functions such as Oracle Invoices, for example for matching purchase orders. It also features a web-based workflow, typically needed for approval of invoices without purchase orders, and offers native access to invoice documents by means of Oracle functions.
